Dao of the Heart — Qigong for Emotional Alchemy & Embodied Spirit
Dao of the Heart — a path of deep emotional awareness, inner alignment, and heart-based cultivation.
Ready to move past old patterns and reconnect with what’s real inside?
Dao of the Heart is an inner development path that unfolds through five integrated modules, each offering practical tools for emotional awareness, energetic regulation, and spiritual cultivation.
Rooted in the principles of Shen Gong, each module weaves together Qigong movement, breath cultivation, stillness, and contemplative self-inquiry — guiding you to access the Heart not as a concept, but as a felt, embodied presence.
Rather than fixing or bypassing emotional experience, we learn to meet it with clarity and compassion — softening reactivity, stabilising the Shen (spirit), and restoring connection with what is real beneath the noise.
This path is for those ready to step into a grounded, emotionally attuned, and spiritually aligned way of being — by working skillfully with what arises, moment by moment.
Dao of the Heart is available as a fully online self-directed study program, or through a series of in-person weekend immersions.

Qigong enhances the body's energy flow, while Shen Gong addresses the psyche's energy to resolve emotional experiences and symptoms of imbalance.
Throughout my journey as a Qigong teacher and mentor, I've repeatedly seen these gentle practices profoundly transform lives — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Working with people to help them evolve, expand and uncover more of their true self is a part of my work that really lights me up.
